Stamping

Why did I get a self-stamp? A stamp counts as verified when your phone is within the place's radius as you stamp it. Anywhere else you can still self-stamp; it prints lighter, with a dashed inner ring and "SELF" before the date.

Can I stamp without signal? Yes. Stamps made offline wait on your phone and save to your account when you're back online.

The pin is in the wrong spot. Places marked "Approximate pin" can be moved: open the place, choose Adjust pin, and drag the map under the pin.

Books

How do I make a book? On the shelf, tap New book. Start blank and add places from Apple Maps, or describe a list and Carnet builds it for you.

Built books. Your first built book is free after you sign in. Carnet Plus builds up to 30 a month. Blank books and stamping are always free.

Account and subscription

Keeping my stamps on a new phone. Sign in with Apple in Settings. Everything you stamped before signing in stays with you.

Restore a purchase. Settings, Carnet Plus, Restore.

Cancel Carnet Plus. Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings app, your name, Subscriptions.

Delete my account. Settings, Delete account. See the privacy policy for what that removes.
